Awesome place to stay, property is older but they keep it very clean, staff is super friendly. Thumbs up to Carlos at Lobby, bar/restaurant staff Gibram, Orlando, Guillermo, Jorge Luis and aka "Chino". Loreto Bay is affordable and a great place to stay.

First time in Loreto. Got a super package through Expedia. Great location! Great beach! Decent food in both breakfast restaurant and bar restaurant. Within walking distance to several other restaurants and bistros. Don’t miss the rooftop bar of the Aventuras Hotel. Beautiful landscaping everywhere! Direct flight from Calgary on WestJet. 15 minute cab ride from airport to resort. Wonderful local markets on Friday and Saturday nights. We will absolutely go back!

This place is falling apart. It has a beautiful view and a nice beach but the place looks old and dirty . Stayed here one night and couldn’t sleep because the couple next to us was fighting in the middle of the night. It was uwful.

Great views from room number 315 and 333. Was very relaxing watching the pelicans from our patio and even saw a few dolphins swim in after a school of fish. A few repairs are needed in the rooms but overall the rooms are spacious and clean.

Upon arrival, was helped by a lovely young lady who spoke English well. She told us we could have a late check out at no extra charge. The next day she wasn’t working and after the check out time when we were checking out, they told me I needed to pay for the extra time. They ended up not charging me after I challenged it. Rooms were nice enough. Two sheets on the bed, no blanket. Towels were a bit threadbare. Food and drinks were very good at the restaurant. Location was beautiful.

This hotel has a big potential, had a beautiful view but needs more staff to attend guest or answer questions , áreas closed due to minimal staff . Walking distance to local shops, if you purchase the breakfast you get 2 options which it was okay with us but n would been very happy if they were more attentive. This hotel has a lot of potential, but unfortunately it is not properly managed. I do want to note that the restaurant staff were great, they recommended an excellent mezcal that we truly enjoyed. However, overall the hotel was dirty, run-down, and understaffed. I would not book here again.
