Staff was nice and helpful, we had no issues with them. Room was descent but the restroom had a very very bad odor, pretty sure it requires maintenance asap.

Loreto is a wonderfull town with beautiful beaches and great food, just don't stay at Loreto Bay Resort till they renovate and change personnel
