Very clean hotel and very helpful Staff

Clean and spacious room. Staff extremely helpful. Great kitchen. Air conditioning perfect for 30+ outside weather. Close to good shops, food, walking, and the ocean.

We stayed 3 nights. Beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed. Kitchen area was nice. We enjoyed the hot tub but it was actually too hot. Very hard to get in! Patio area was nice. Good coffee nearby and walkable area. Would consider staying again.

Beautiful property, clean and very friendly staff.

Really lovely apartment, modern, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were great and the beds were really comfortable. Having all the appliances - washer, dryer, dishwasher was so useful. The location is great for exploring Chinatown and all of the central area but there’s no getting away from the sketchy surrounding streets. We had no issues though. The team was super helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend this place.

Nice hotel on the north side

We are so disappointed with this hotel. It was rated as a 4 star hotel . In my opinion , it is a 3 star the most . The hotel is old and dated except for the lobby. The room is old. Carpet has stains. I can smell sewer in the bathroom , The service is spotty. Some staff are nice , and some are almost rude when I asked to change room because the closet door can’t be closed properly. Glad they let me change room at the end. It was nice that they made it up for me, but I spent an hour to have the issue resolved, Not the way I want to spent my holidays.
