We loved our stay in st james. The location is unbeatable, the beaches are great for swimming, we loved our beachfront room. All the staff were nice and friendly. We booked two offsite excursions through the hotel which ran smoothly and we enjoyed a lot. We would love to be back soon.

Beautiful Beach, mediocre service at best.
No beach towels despite askig for them 3 hours, can´t get bottled water pas 7 pm... can´t call guest services to book a venue, you have to go personally, no hair Dryer despite requesting it for two consecutive days.... Not what you´d expect from a $700 / night hotel...... People are nice bur service Really Mediocre
