“One thing marks down the property. Breakfast was not complete. We went for dinner at the White Hart and they had gluten free cereals. I had to ask for orange juice at breakfast. Also, we came back at 22:50 on a Friday night and asked for a beer. We were refused but another resident was served beer. There doesn’t seem to be consistency on food menus or services across the group pubs.”

“When I arrived I was shown to my room by the owner who was very friendly, but as soon as we entered the room she noticed the bathroom was flooded. She explained that one of the staff members had been fiddling with a pressure reducing valve and it must have caused the shower to run with the door open. They cleared the water up, but the carpet was wet through by the bathroom door and the room smelt damp all night. Next morning I went to breakfast an hour before I needed to leave. I waited 45...

“A very special place to stay as this was the family home of Florence Nightingale. We stayed in two bedrooms which were the rooms that she grew up in before she went to Crimea. This is not a hotel. It’s more of a guest house with a few of the rooms rented out on a nightly basis. The property is accessed through several gates so it’s on very private land. The views are amazing of the local countryside and there’s a very beautiful garden around the house and sheep in the fields a little further...

“Tuve que realizar un viaje de negocios a Leicester durante 3 dias. Al llegar me di cuenta que las habitaciones no tienen baños propios, sino que son compartidos y se encuentran cerca de las habitaciones en el mismo pasillo. No habia leido esa parte en el itinerario, al ver las fotos en las cuales una habitación salia con baño propio. El suelo es de madera por lo que el ruido de los pasos se aprecia mas en el pasillo, pero no hay suficiente actididad como para generar malestar. El personal ha...
