Check-in is only virtual not in person, it was a pain to work through especially because you don’t get good cell service inside the hotel. There’s no guide on the tvs good luck finding what you want to watch. Staff isn’t helpful. If you’re gambling good luck getting a drink, you’ll save yourself hundreds of dollars and time to just buy the drink yourself. The room was very basic due to them having us in a queen instead of the king bed I paid for… there’s no breakfast complimentary. The casino doesn’t pay at all you’ll lose trying to have fun. Plus the security deposit is a hundred dollars and they won’t release your funds right away. Don’t recommend unless you really have too!
