“Overall good”

“1. Staffs are not professionally dress nor presentable to quest. Can't even speak English. 2. The food and room service needed much improvement. Even though the service is not upto the point I tip them generously. 3. No hot water at all in the shower. It was difficult to shower early morning to catch the early morning flight 4. Drop-off to Guwahati Airport ONLY 400 meters cost Rs. 350.00. It is expensive, but I generously tips both the loader and the driver. 5. The cost of breakfast was high...

“unprofessional. initially they denied about any reservation or payment i made through Expedia. After a lot of hassles, they agreed that i had reservation. i got one bed while i booked 2 beds. unclean bathroom. bedsheets were unclean and so was pillows. in the middle of night power went away but did come back but remained in dark for a while.”

“A really comfortable big bed and similarly a large tv with excellent screen clarity. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. A lovely and relaxing outdoor pool with pleasant greenery. Some improvement might be to request that staff close guest rooms quietly after cleaning as I could hear doors slam in the corridor. They kindly allowed me to check out 1 hour later on request.”

“Property was clean and staff was excellent but property is in an isolated spot and surrounding is not very good for for walking or moving around. It’s also far from the airport so not that convenient. Also I wish they had more authentic food .”
