“I was warmly welcomed to this B&B. It is a beautiful house set in extensive grounds. From my window I had lovely views of the garden and beyond. The room was beautifully decorated and the bedding was soft and comfortable. With the warmth of the welcome and the excellent breakfast I would agree this is an excellent 4* and worthy of its great reviews.”

“Last minute booking as I was driving north. Shortly after received a courtesy call checking for arrival time. Very large car park. Close to the motorway (no noise issues) Very polite receptionist. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I have zero complaints from my overnight stop. ”

“A very good hotel, with motorcycle parking right outside. The staff were very good, the rooms are very clean and in excellent condition. Breakfast was good, and cooked fresh to order. The hotel was better than expected and we would stop there again.”

“Super clean room, was nicely designed & a warm welcome. Had dinner at the restaurant which unfortunately the service wasn’t great really slow & forgot one of our parties meal & drinks order (I would understand if it was super busy but it wasn’t) but they were friendly in general couldn’t fault that. The hotel was lovely giving really cosy vibes & the receptionist was lovely. Would recommend & the surrounding area is really nice for walks. ”
