“The hotel is nice for a short stay however could do with a few upgrades but generally well maintained.
When we arrived we had a very warm welcome and throughout the stay our 2 dogs were made to feel relaxed and happy.
The shower in the room was so small you struggled to move about and the shower gel provided even though smelt lovely was obviously watered down. The best thing about the room was the bed which was very comfortable.

“No running water in the leisure building between 2.30pm and 4.30pm which we didnt know until we were already in pool so no showers etc. Kids in the adult only/spa guests only area playing in the jacuzzi/spa pool, roudy group in the relaxation room, reception apologised but didnt seem bothered. Significant mould in the cafe/reception area. Hoses laying untaped on the footpath.
