“The food here is amazing and you can't beat the location for touring North Wales. Janna was the star of the place. That said, the room needs serious maintenance. The mattress was completely shot—sagging with metal springs that poked into my body every time I moved. For me, the most important part of a trip is to have a good night to sleep and it baffles me that this hotel has this Kind of mattresses. The pillars were OK though. “Room is spacious. Toilet is spacious with bathtub. The food was great. Noisy though. We can hear the conversation of people going to their rooms. The floor is noisy when walking.”

“The hotel is quaint and very friendly. It is especially dog friendly which many guests appreciated. Our room was large and comfortable with its own bathroom. Michelle our host was extremely friendly and accommodating. I had lamb shanks for dinner which was a huge serving and very delicious. My husband had the muscles and was left with enough room to finish my large serving. A walk through the lovely gardens ended our evening perfectly. The road up is narrow and not for the faint of heart.”
