The whole area of Amlwch is slightly run down (like many places nowadays) but the Dinorben arms is the beating heart of the community- supported by locals for food/drinks. The breakfasts and the evening meals are freshly cooked always hot & the food is simply superb. “We used to be regulars at Tre Ysgawan but never again. The entire vibe of the place has changed, there were renovations going on, the staff were not as friendly, and we were put in a room over the main bar so we didn’t get any sleep until it closed which we were promised it would and it didn’t. In the spa we were always offered a drinks service before but not this time. I don’t know what changed but this isn’t the same place.”
