“Very good customer service with personal welcome by licensee supported by a helpful and friendly team. Clean room and comfy bed - fan provided but thankfully quite a cool room. “El personal muy amable. Es un hotel muy vintage, siento que me transportó a como debió ser este lugar años atrás. El desayuno estaba incluido pero todo era frito y el hotel en general luego del desayuno olía mucho a frito. Creo que es mi única observación! Sería bueno tener una oferta un poco mas amplia para los que no consumen tanto frito. En general estuvo bien”

“Creo que este B&B vivió tiempos mejores, la habitación que nos asignaron era bastante antigua, y aunque la ropa de cama y toallas estaban muy limpios, todo lo que no se veia, necesitaba un repaso. El pueblo no tenia mucho interes turistico. Aunque el norte de gales es precioso. Si te quieres alojar por la zona, mejor es Llandudno o Conwy”

“Only spent one night, but room was wonderful. Even with the heat wave, the room was cool, and they had a fan in the room. Large clean room, big bathroom and clean. Wonderful restaurant and bar. Great breakfast. Only 7-10 minute walk to all the shops, beach and promenade. Wish I could have stayed longer. Everyone there was super nice.”

“The beds were very comfortable, but the fixtures in the bathroom could be better. The soap dish in the shower was very rusty and hanging off the wall. The sink taps needed a good clean. I tried using the hairdryer but it hardly had any power to dry my hair and looked unsafe to use as it went bright orange when I turned it on. I did mention this to a member of staff and he said he would bring me another hairdryer but he didn’t”

Room a bit small for a kingsize deluxe - a tiny gap between the bed and the wall on one side to get into it which was a bit ridiculous and the shower trap was not clean. Location is great, and nice stroll into the centre. Lovely sitting out the front for a drink in the evening and dinner was great in the restaurant.”
