“The hotel is well maintained and presented. It feels recently refurbed. The room was good and the bed was super comfy! We had a rear facing room and it was very peaceful. The staff were bright and cheerful from the moment they met us to the moment we departed - that’s all staff, by the way, that we met. “Everything was acceptable about the inside of property. Warm and cosy in a very wet February. Lovely shower. Comfy bed. I would have liked curtains in the bedroom to feel more private as blinds had gaps in and a hole where you could see through. No dish scrubber but a cloth. Outside paddock not accessible was the only downside. Dog needed a run. Close to many places so location ideal. We visited carw caslte tenby and saundersfoot. “You have to pay for parking £5 for 24hrs then claim £2 back at the bar, this is not mentioned. Accommodation bath handles loose,peeling wallpaper gaps round window. Had to ask for a fan in heatwave which the lady on reception did find. Food standard. The fact they had delivers during the night meant little sleep as room overlooked carpark.went there 10years ago and was looking forward to returning i know wisk I had gone else where. Some staff where pleasant others not so much.”
