“This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was a truly incredible meal. To top off the delicious food, the chef himself came out to introduce himself afterwards so we were able to learn about where all those ingredients came from (all local and totally fresh). “Location is excellent and staff very welcoming and helpful, stayed on the third floor room was clean although very dated and very warm, fan provided but not really effective. Windows only part open which doesn’t help when so warm outside. The shower is useless very low water pressure same with the taps and toilet flush. Breakfast was good however selection of continental was limited, also my wife’s favourite poached eggs sadly wasn’t an option.”

“Room not as described, aircon not working, unable to have windows open in evening due to bats, making it unbearable. Some winfows screwed shut. (Fire hazard) Curtain missing on lounge area allowing multiple view points to see in room. As for FOOD/SERVICE, terrible ordered breakfast, first in restaurant, Took 1HR 15MINS before breakfast served. Advertised big bottles of wine, but would only served per glass.”
