Super Preis-Leistung

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral zum Bahnhof und auch die Stadtmitte ist immerhalb von 1o min erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiterinen haben sogar unser Fahrrad angenommen und wir konnten problemlos Nächte verlängern. Ach und uns Eck ist gleich der wunderschöne Tivoli Park. Grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Loved the high ceilings in the rooms. Building was quaint and lovely. Very convenient to anything downtown. Bringing a car was a bit extra steps but still workable.

My worst hotel experience in Europe

This has to be one of the worst hotels I've stayed in Europe. It is not easy to locate. The room I stayed in had a smell - it turned out to be from the clogged toilet sink. It was mid October and cold in the room and when I was asked why the heater is not working, apparently, it is still warm. For my 3 days stay, my room was never cleaned. I was only provided with a single use bathroom/shampoo and had to ask for extra which came the next day as there was no onsite receptionist. I had to wait for the receptionist to have my luggage stored. They do not respond on calls/whatsapp messages on a timely manner. The only psoitive I can say is that it is just a 6 minute walk to the main square, it was quiet to be fair, and the lady that assisted me when I collected my luggage was nice.

There is a big construction site next door and we were not allowed to park on-site. We parked in a parking lot 5 mins walking distance at a cost of 15 Euros, not 10 as mentioned on Expedia website. In addition, Galeria Room reception area across the stairwell is going through renovation and as you use the staircase to go in and out of the building you breathe in so much dust (and cigarette smell). The room itself is good except for the extremely soft pillows and noisy bed as you toss and turn. Location is excellent and staff are friendly though the reception is unattended at check-in times due to renovation. We were required to contact in advance with the arrival time.

The situation of Galeria rooms is very good! Close to the centre and the Tivoli gardens. Easy for pickups for tours at Lev Hotel (2 minutes walk away). The staff are friendly, flexible and extremely helpful. The room was very spacious with a high ceiling. Everything was very clean.

Nice rooms but Little service

There was no reception in the morning, no One to lea e the keys of the room, no One to give us the remote ctrl to open the parking (we had to Ask some neighbours Living in the same building to open the pkg exit for us. There was a Number of the hotel to call. Web called many times but nobody replied. Still today nobody replied...rooms was clean and nice.

Good hotel but the reception hours were a bit challenging. They should have been more flexible. Had to adjust our plans extensively or else had to pay extra which was nonsense.

the room was good, wide and clean... the location is good it's close to the city center... the area is calm... there is a big TV in the room have a lot of channels and HBO.... the heating is not the best to be honest specially for a cold winter in the end of November and it took hours until the room became warm... there was a good massage chair in the room but there is no microwave "not even in the common area"... there was a boiler "kettle" in the room and two bags of tea but there was no sugar or coffee the reception team were responding fast through the phone calls or whatsapp specially receptionist Nina Ocvirk she was so kind and helpful... and she explained everything to us around the city like the restaurants and cofe shops ETC.... thank you Nina so much for day or two i recommend this place

The parking are two spaces where one of the cars are blocked and it is impossible to get out with not moving the car infriat. In the bathroom the shower is broken and fastned with a plasticbag. Electricfasett in the bathroom is loose. Would not recommend to use it.

Ich fand unmöglich, dass der Besitzer des Hauses an einem Tag trotz meiner Anwesenheit in Zimmer mit zwei kunden mit Ersatz Schlüssel ins Zimmer reingekommen ist um denen das zimmer zu zeigen. Ich war sprachlos. Hoffentlich macht das nicht immer so, obwohl das Zimmer bezahlt ist mit fremden ins Zimmer zu kommen.
