“The General Manager/Director, Salome and the Reception Manager, Oscar were 5-Star hosts. Everything was spot-on & in order as arranged. My driver James was a "10-STAR" service agent... always available and on-call whenever I needed him. The camp settings and surroundings within national park are truly exceptional. Morning sunrises and evening sunsets on the Zambezi River are simply FanTabUlous!!! A absolutely beautiful experience. ”

“Elegimos este alojamiento para una única noche en Livingstone por estar cerca del centro (el día de llegada visitaríamos las Victoria en Zinbabwe, noche en Le Patino y al día siguiente visitaríamos las Victoria lado Zambia). El taxista que nos llevó desde Kazungula (frontera Botswana-Zambia) conocía el hotelito, que por fuera tiene buena pinta. Nos dieron una habitación en el piso primero (la escalera peligrosa con escalones desiguales). Llave magnética ¡pero en qué estado!. Habitación amplia...

“We booked the comfort chalet room but was given a double standard room instead. They have double booked by accident. I still kept the 5-star rating because 1.) The price for both were the same anyway 2.) Even established hotels make the same mistakes with double-booking. 3.) The staff, especially Priscilla and Imelda took exceptionally good care of us!
