“The room itself (room 1 deluxe) is well designed & sympathetically decorated to the age of the building giving a feeling of opulence meets modern. The toilet cisterns take ages to refill but I suspect this is due to the age of the plumbing! The bed is very comfy. The downside to the room is that in the unprecedented heat there was inadequate little fan which meant leaving the french doors open during the night. “Great experience arrived late and was warmly welcomed by 2 staff given drinks an lovely polite hospitality Clean room nice shower super breakfast I was in a rush an they did me coffee an hot sandwich to go wonderful highly recommend”
