“Nobody waited for me; I couldn't make the check-in because no one was there. I was alone in the middle of the night without any help. “Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for.
