However, the service was poor - they felt understaffed and even non busy mealtimes seemed a strain on resources. “Last weekend we stayed at the Wiveton Bell for two nights. I have to report that the pub has changed hands since we were last there. The room we had was well appointed; a small snug with two easy chairs, coffee table and sideboard ......kettle, coffee machine, magazines etc.... and a separate roomy bedroom with a TV and plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space plus a modern ensuite.  We had several issues regarding the room. When we arrived at 4pm we had to wait for it to be serviced.  It was apparent...

“Room was tidy and clean with a fancy towel display on the bed, (nice touch for the wife). The staff was friendly and polite and made conversation with you, the bar staff was just the same, even the manager made polite conversation about the history of the pub. The bar food l👀k’d amazing. Breakfast, there was plenty to choose from, plus, what I call a good builders breakfast. When we are in the neighbourhood we would stay there again. Thanks to everyone”
