“It was a lovely place”

“We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”

I needed lactose-free milk for breakfast, and they actually went out to get it and had it back within minutes — such a thoughtful touch! “Conveniently located just off main road - the A40 between Fishguard and Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire, west Wales. Off-street Hotel car park. Very friendly and efficient staff. Located in a pretty valley with rock formations and a wooded gorge. Ideal for the Irish ferry between Fishguard and Rosslare in Ireland. I had a comfortable, clean, well-appointed room. Would book to stay there again.”

“Camera e bagno molto ampi e pulitissimi. Letto molto comodo. Purtroppo ha piovuto quasi sempre ma nella struttura c'era anche un giardinetto molto carino. In camera era presente tutto il necessario tra macchinetta del caffè, biscotti, latte, acqua e anche ciotole e lettino per il nostro cane. Il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo, in particolare Chloe che ci ha mostrato la camera e dato ottimi suggerimenti sui dintorni durante il nostro soggiorno. “EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION WITH STAFF. TOP CLASS MEALS WITH GOOD CHOICE. FREE AND HEARTY BREAKFAST WAS A PLEASANT SURPRISE. EVERYTHING SO WELL PRESENTED. BAR HAD GOOD CHOICE OF DRINKS, ALSO VERY CONVENIENT FOR THE TOWN'S MAIN ATTRACTION - THE CASTLE. A VERY RELAXED ATMOSHERE AND COMFORTABLE ROOM.”
