Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The elevator is filthy...both where it closes on the floor and the compartment itself. I asked for and never received a copy of my bill. The breakfast was meager, at best. The waffle batter would not come out of the dispenser. The "eggs and sausage" were soaking wet, and thus inedible. The room was clean, staff was nice, but beyond that..it was pretty crappy. I won't be going back.

The room was fine, but unfortunately, there was no housekeeping service during our stay. No one came to clean the room, and the bath towels and bathroom floor mat were not replaced. We had to call the front desk ourselves to request fresh towels and a new floor mat. I think the housekeeping service should be improved.
