“La ubicación cerca del aereopuerto”

“Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ratz! Air conditioned room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and nice. You order what you would like for the included breakfast from a form when you check in and select a breakfast time. It is all prepared accordingly when you come to the dining area at the specified time in an efficient manner for your days activities! Would definitely stay here again.”

“The check in process extremely complicated because the was no one at the reception even though that it was at 14:00 the hour of the official check in. The old lady who was checking in before us was so stressed out and nervous about the whole situation. It shouldn't be like that. That was our first time in B&B that there was no one at the front desk. On top of everything they change the code to the main door everyday so the hotel is locked like a fortress and you have to call them and ask for...

“El ascensor estaba roto. Casualidad? Vete tú a saber.

“Excellent personnel, but very poor parking for automobiles near the windows.”

“Everything perfect!”
