“Never dealt with the staff as checked in after hours. One of the beds wasn’t made- bedding just left on it. The main bed felt like we rolled in the middle and slipped deeper into the mattress- was not very comfortable. Slept poorly as a result. We have stayed here before and don’t recall having the same problems before. The location is perfect- near to many places especially the airport but far away enough to not be disturbed by flight noise.”

“Had airport transfer with this booking, called when I collected baggage, informed them of my location at airport and was told they would not be long. Waited 20 minutes called again and was told they do not pick up from my location, asked where then, told me wait and would collect me at my location, finally arrived after another 10 minutes and in conversation with other passengers who were on the same flight, they were all told different pick up spots at airport, other then that it was good”

“Mostly ok extra lounge chair would have helped, I know it’s tight area where the table was, for the price it shouldn’t go up without another chair.”
