“No hay mucho cerca pero es un excelente hotel con buena ubicación para viajar a pueblos cercanos si tienes auto. Las instalaciones están excelentes los cuartos y baños más amplios en Escocia tienen un excelente Bar y Restaurant ”

“Older decently kept property. Stairs were an issue for my disabled husband but we managed. Never could get the tv to work. Lots of animal, I suspect cat waste in the gravel leading to the entrance.”

“Everything great, except that when we booked we informed you that my wife had a breathing problem and used oxygen, and also asked whether you had a lift, to which the answer was yes. On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. On the side where there was a lift, the sitting room and restaurants required no use of stairs. Obviously you decided to ignore our problem for some other convenience of the hotel management. ”

“Fantastic wild location - remote, but not too far from Stranraer. Some great local walks, and sunsets. The hotel is quiet, small and unique. Our dog was very welcome, and got extra treats for breakfast. The food was amazing - surprising, given the remote location. Room was clean and spacious, and the staff were all very friendly. There's an EV charger just next to the hotel, which was a welcome bonus. Definitely recommended.”
