Hotel room was very clean but the pools and amenities could use some maintenance and cleaning. Both pools were very cloudy and the skimmers weren’t working on any of the pools or lazy river. Staff was very friendly but you will be asked to sit for a timeshare promotion upon check in which you can decline. Great beach access and enjoyed the location of the Tiki Bar. Beds were comfortable and room was nice and stocked with a broom which made after breach sand cleanup easy.

There was one time that the maid did not clean our room. We tried our best to communicate our needs but it didn’t work out that well.

The main desk staff are clueless, couldn’t answer the basic of questions ! the room was old and a joke! Speaking of a joke the pool was just a tad bigger than blow up toy ! The lack of 4th July activities was also shameful. Other then that we checked out a day early to get out asap

Check in was fine. They send a door code and the code to your room. The room was fairly clean. The bed was horrible. Very cheap frame and mattress was something from a $100 a night hotel. Pillows were flat as pancakes. The water pressure was horrible. No housekeeping and the only way to get ice was the general store across the street. $5 a bag. The towels in your room are it, you pay for more. First and last stay here!!!!

Amazing location and great facilities.

First off I drove 18 hours to bring my grand daughter for her 5th birthday. Check in time was at four o’clock the kids water slide that was the main attraction for me closed at five o'clock. All person at the front desk should’ve advised me of this. I wasn’t advised of the 250.00 hold beforehand. The front desk people never once smiled at check in. They also seemed lost and confused like on checking in people. This property is also cashless. My room was suppose to have been a balcony room with a view, it was in the corner on the 11th floor without a view of anything but the outside of the building. The room itself wasn’t fully cleaned. There were silver small balls rolling around on the floor qtips was all over the floor. The lamp on the night stand didn’t work. The plugs didn’t work. The beds were supposed to to be double queens and they were definitely not they beds were extra small. The hot water in the bathroom never worked. The front desk never answered the phone when I called about the room issues. The parking garage is located across the street but it was easy access. The morning manager did at least hear me completely out and took notes of my complaints, she also smiled talk with respect and showed that she care about me as a paying customer. I appreciate you for that. The concierge was very nice and helpful to everyone and everything. This was a once in a lifetime trip to this location and I was very disappointed with my stay. Housekeeping came to kick us out early.

Room needed updates. There were spots on the ceiling and 2 holes were punched in the bathroom door, with which they repaired with scotch tape. The stove was also rusted at the bottom. Check in is also across from the actual resort.
