“The best of the hotel that we put 15 points is the dinner of 7 October with a one piece, included the head, of BIG fish of the reef. I think is a unicorn fish that a local man go to take by harpoon about in the afternoon and immediately is cooked by grilled, and this dinner was accompanied with fantastic Desperate beer and frites and rice. “Hotels being VERY expensive in Noumea I was very happy to find this hotel which offered dormitory accommodations for a reasonable price. I was surprised how nice this hotel was and how friendly the staff was and I would like to congratulate Louise and Rose who are doing a very good job.
