“The staff were amazing. Always available and happy to help and make our stay comfortable. The hotel was good but basic. The bathroom could be improved, especially the shower. They had 2 very well stocked bars., one in the hotel and one near the pool. They stayed open late and served food as well. The hotel was very well located a short walk from the sea and a 5 min walk into town where there were a number of excellent resustrants and bars.”

“The hotel was absolutely stunning. We had a surprise room upgrade, staff and service was incredible the entire trip, and so helpful with everything. Pool area was unreal, not too busy which was nice. Reasonably priced bar and lunch options. Food buffet options were so varied and tasty, we liked having the option of menu items to pick from as well as the buffet, gave a proper restaurant feel. Only thing we felt could improve was after dinner, there wasn’t anything to do as the bar closed at 8pm...

“We stayed at Elounda Palm for 10 days and really enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a private infinity pool and a beautiful view of the sea, which made the experience even more special. The room was cleaned every day and the pool was cleaned every evening. Everything was always very clean and well maintained. “The hotel is correct for sleeping a couple of nights but has no many servoces of you want to send time on the hotel Is clean and confortable except for the noise of the planes but at least no flights at night.”

“Hôtel loin du centre de la ville mais au calme. Bon accueil du personnel et petite attention de gâteaux et vin dans l'appartement. Appartement spacieux avec belle vue sur la mer. Mobilier un peu vieillot mais très correct. Défaut : salle de repas éloignée du logement et bruyante. Bel établissement pour un séjour sur place.”

“Hotel alejado del centro de Agios Nicolás por lo que es necesario coche. Esta en primera línea de una playa pequeña y muy tranquila. El personal de recepción informa con mucha amabilidad. Tuvimos un contratiempo y lo solucionaron rápidamente. ”

“Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise eine 10/10. Top Empfehlung ,um einfach ab zu schalten. Wir hatten die Whirlpool Suite & es war traumhaft schön. Das gesamte Personal war total lieb und hilfsbereit , das Frühstück war 5*+ wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)”

“The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms itself also good. The bathroom is small. the sea is good (not the best in Crete but good enough) you have sunbeds and drinks and snacks available there. The food options are limited but tasty, wouldn't be the best food you eat in Greece but still good. Don't wait for aisles of food. The Asian restaurant is seriously bad. We couldn't try the Greek one (Meze) because it was fully booked. That seems like a big issue at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and...
