Good hotel near the airport. Great value for money

Cons: The carpet has stains on it which are somewhat hidden because of the pattern on the carpet. I asked for slippers and was told that only people who purchase a suite are able to get slippers. Make sure to bring your own if you stay here. The toilet paper holder in our bathroom was tilted and coming loose off off of the wall. The air conditioner is soooo noisy I didn’t sleep at all the 1st night of 3 nights that I stayed there. Pros: was able to request a fridge for the room. Free coffee by the front desk. Overall, I’m not sure I’d stay here again.

The hotel is in terrible condition. I was assigned a room on the 3rd where there were active renovation going on. As soon s the elevator doors open to the floor there was construction plastic with thick dusts on the floor that lined the entire hallway. The walls had big holes where all the pipes were visible. Sheetrocks lined the hallway along with other construction materials and equipment. There were big pales of construction buckets filled with dirty water. The environment was so dusty and smelly that I immediately started sneezing and coughing. The only solution that the assistant manager said he could offer was me Benadryl or check out, but I would still be responsible to pay for the room. It was really late and I had an event to be at and because it was the long weekend all the hotels in the area were fully booked. He alleged that I was notified by email of the construction which was a lie, which he then admitted to not sending me the email, then he said the hotel Website post the current condition, which was another lie, the site stated that the hotel is currently undergoing guestroom renovations, noise from the renovation may be audible during 7am-9pm. It did not say the hallways were under construction and you have to walk through thick dusty hazardous construction site to get to your hotel room or that construction materials lined the hallway. He also said the Expedia notified all their customers which was another lie. I would never stay here again.

Overall it's a pretty nice place. They could use new mattresses. It was a busy weekend, I forgot it was a holiday weekend. Breakfast was very busy which made it hard to get in with my roller walker. Today there was hardly anyone there so it was easy to get Breakfast. They should extend Breakfast till 11 a.m. on holidays. Staff was very helpful. The handle that held the shower head that you can hold was broken on the bottom and I forgot to let staff know.

This place hasn't aged well.

Overall, the stay was okay. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was able to use the gym while I was there. Breakfast was ok. The carpets needed to be cleaned both in the halls and in the rooms.
