“We didn’t know the area super well and ended up in Larbert when we wanted to be in Falkirk, however, it has easy access to the train and we were able to get around very easily. Denise was an absolute gem and so hospitable. She even helped us chat out our plans and narrow down options and how to get where we were going. Room was great!”

“Check in was great. The hotel is beautiful and great location. But our toilet didn’t work and when I called I was told that the maintenance guy was on holiday. With no resolution offered until I insisted that we really needed a working toilet. Then we were moved to another room and the rest of the stay was great. It was just a bit off putting that it sounded like we were expected to be fine with a non working bathroom”
