Vacations Close To Langston Hughes Community Library and Cultural Center

The room was very clean and was serviced daily. Convenient location.

We were expecting a much better room. The room seems outdated, the bedding was really uncomfortable and not cozy. Pillows were uncomfortable and we have to ask for more pillows. The sofa bed where my son slept, was dirty and we had to ask for additional clean sheets and blankets. The hallways looked like a hospital and just felt not cozy at all. The staff is amazing and very friendly.

Excellent property in a perfect location- right across the street from Central Park and on the same block as a subway line which means super easy access to everywhere you’d want to go in the city. The staff of the hotel are super friendly and helpful. The amenities are wonderful including a state-of-the-art fitness facility. The on-site restaurant is also wonderful.

My colleague and I were in the city for business and opted to stay at ROW NYC. The lobby has a nice, modern vibe and is clean and well-maintained. Check-in went smoothly and the receptionist kindly accommodated the request for my colleague and I to be on the same floor. Unfortunately, both of us experienced stained linens on the bed and stained towels in the bathroom. My room was located near the bank of elevators which made the nights noisy as I could hear them going up and down all night. Ask for a room far from the elevators if you are a light sleeper. Additionally, the elevators are small and only accommodate 5-7 people each, so sometimes we had to wait for one with less people in order to make our way down to the lobby. The rooms are small, but if you're just needing a place to sleep that is centrally located to lots of NYC activities, this will work well for you. The AC worked so-so in both our rooms; half of my vent didn't blow air at all. We did not use the amenities during our stay so I can't speak to those.
