“We had a great time at Lanehead Old School - stopping here for one night as part of our C2C route. Lisa was beyond accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were ok, fed and watered.
Thank you Lisa for being so accommodating and welcoming.”

“A warm welcome to the recently refurbished coach house. The adjoined pub offered tasty food. With a freshly cooked breakfast we were ready to enjoy the stunning countryside surrounding this delightful village.”

“We had a great welcome after walking all day on the Pennine Way. The room was comfortable, clean and met our every need.
The evening meal was delicious and ample.
We would definitely recommend High Force Hotel.”

“You don't get good feeling when you get into the room and there weren't shampoo/body wash (delivered next morning). There is no reception and a call to the hotel, it was received by property manager. She mentioned that we didn't had the reservation from Expedia but upon insisting, she found it and took 10 mins to arrive for letting us in. For the price, it's not what I had expected from the room & amenities”

“Evening meal was good quality but breakfast is basic. Make sure you have a key to access the pub after hours!”
