“The staff were amazing well trained and always said the right things. Our room had a faulty water system not sure what it was related to . There was a continuous noise keeping us awake . The cafe wasn’t open during the day and no place handy. There is a shopping center nearby 15 minute walk or drive. Loved having the water station a brilliant idea which I’m sure everyone uses. “Check in was difficult due to procedure with a form even thou you are prepaid for after hours check in this had to be done, so we had to physical go to the property to do this, we were in the area and had to drive quite a way to do this before the closed at 3pm, we arrived no one was at reception but open after a wait a lady came we did check in and then our room wasn't ready, so we got the keys and left. We stayed 2 nights but the first night didn't get to our room until early evening and out...
