“Called earlier in the day to provide some information and the staff was friendly and helpful. Arrived after dinner time and the room was ready and super clean. The hotel smelled new. Easy check in and a good nights sleep. Highly recommend.”

“The hotel room was decent and clean, but there was no heat and it was cold at night. The thermostat on the wall was on, but they must have the baseboards turned off, because any adjustments I was trying to make didn't turn them on. In the morning I met someone getting coffee who also complained about how cold it was, and then I heard even more people in the hall talking about it. I understand they make a note that the heat is turned off in the summer, but October 17th is definitely not summer....

“quick check in and out. had room 142 which was a basic 2 queen room that was clean, comfortable beds and nice bathroom area. i believe this wing of the hotel has been redone in the last couple of years. all staff were very friendly and helpful. restaurant had great staff, good food at a reasonable price. would stay again if ever in the area.”

“We had a beautiful weekend and it is such a lovely property with an INCREDIBLE restaurant and winery -- sampled some of their wines and they were all amazing. The only issue is that the room was a bit dated -- not enough plugs and we couldn't figure out how to get the heat working so it was rather cold when we got up in the morning and the kettle blew part of the electricity to room when we plugged it in, but it wasn't that big of a deal as we just adapted and went out for the morning coffee....
