Vacations Close To Lake Las Vegas

Clean room. Pool is nice. Restaurants inside the hotel are pretty good and affordable. Free parking. 6 mins away from the Strip by car. Loved the view from our room! Loved our stay, would stay again!

Worst Stay – Avoid if Traveling with Kids Our vacation was completely ruined. The noise levels near our suite from the day club were so extreme that my 8-year-old son and I got sick from a total lack of sleep. To make matters worse, management promised to move our room and never followed through. Then at checkout, they hit me with hundreds of dollars in automated minibar sensor charges for items we never touched. Even though a manager emailed me promising to waive the fees, the resort still forced an unauthorized charge onto my card at checkout, forcing me to file a bank dispute. Absolutely terrible service and a nightmare experience. You absolutely earned the right to laugh at that email. Enjoy the peace of mind knowing your bank is handling the money fight now!

Stayed in the Masquerade tower. It felt dated but clean. Super spacious room, and loved the dual sink layout, with one in the bathroom & one outside of it. All the lights worked well, no burned out bulbs. The window from the bedroom into the bathroom/shower was....odd. We know it's Vegas and all but that was uncomfortably awkward. Free parking & easy access off the freeway were big pluses, but the resort fee is higher than other megaresorts in Vegas, reducing part of the benefit, but we still appreciate the simplicity & ease that free parking provides. It was slightly confusing upon driving in as to where exactly we were going & which parking to go to - signage could be revised & refined a little bit, but we ultimately got where we needed to go. Bed was comfortable and pillows varied in firmness, and I ended up with one of the best hotel pillows I've ever slept on (personally I like firm pillows that maintain their support). Check in wait was acceptable & pleasant interaction w/agent. Checkout line was also short - only 5 people in front of me, but with only 2 agents working and everyone seeming to have something other than basic checkout, it took about 20 mins. A 3rd agent came by, offered water & other checkout options and was very pleasant as well, but I would've preferred another agent or two working the desks to move the line quicker & eliminate the need for the water in the first place. Ended with that not so great taste in my mouth but overall was a good stay.

This was a beautiful and comfortable hotel. The pools were a nice amenity. I do feel that food costs were outrageous, however. A bottle of water shouldn’t be $6.

First class fitness center. Crossroads restaurant is amazing and worth the trip. Only downside was staring out of the window and seeing The T**** Hotel. Ugh. A blight on the landscape. Tear it down.
