Vacations Close To Lake Las Vegas

I really enjoy staying at the Rio and have had an overall very positive experience here. The hotel is comfortable, convenient, and has a lot to offer. I genuinely enjoy the property and would be happy to continue staying here.My one major exception is the pool area. Unfortunately, the atmosphere there can be very unpleasant because the music is played excessively loud. At times, it is so loud that instead of being able to relax, a guest can easily leave with a headache. The volume should reflect the fact that this is a hotel amenity intended for the comfort and enjoyment of paying guests. What concerns me even more is the attitude and behavior I have observed from some pool employees. At times, they appear to act as though the pool area is their own personal space, seemingly forgetting that guests are present and that their role is to provide professional service and maintain a welcoming environment for those guests. The employees are there to support the guest experience—not for guests to feel as though they are intruding on the employees' workplace social environment.I have also repeatedly noticed groups of employees standing together, chatting, socializing, and relaxing with coworkers for extended periods while other employees appear to be working very hard and carrying most of the responsibilities. This creates a particularly poor impression when guests can clearly see the imbalance. Management should seriously review staffing levels, supervision, and employee responsibil
