They had 5 of 9 elevators in the 20 story tower down for maintenance for the entire Labor Day weekend. What a nightmare on such a busy weekend. 20+ minute waits every time you wanted to go to or leave your room. Since everyone was waiting so long everyone overloaded the elevators which was scary when they started making crazy noises. Also barely anyone working there especially on check-in. Lines were terrible

It was an amazing stay, the staff are helpful, and everything is very accessible. The property is situated near all famous landmarks.
