Room was big and efficient, quiet The fridge in our room froze all our beverage the knob wasnt on the fridge so no way to turn down Staff were very friendly, breakfast was avail which was a nice feature.

Facility was mostly clean, looked a little aged exterior and interior. Room was good. Place was quiet, no thin walls. There was only one towel per person, no wash clothes or hand towels....

The room smelled horribly(urine). The mutliple beds suites is completly different then what they show in the images. Kind of disapointed after paying almost 1000$. Besides that, the food was okay and the staff where friendly.

The staff waa friendly and helpful. It was close to downtown lake george which was nice. Our room wasnt very clean. The bathroom epsecially. Hairs in the shower and pink mold. And the floor had hairs and dirt. I know the sheets were cleaned but there was a ton of stains and it just looked gross. I know its a best western but the cleaners seem to not be the best. They can at least clean good after other customers.

Better service would make a better rating

Was hard to find staff at the front desk when needed. The front desk attendant was often away from the desk with confidential paperwork left right out on the desk available for anyone to take. The room was updated, clean, and comfortable but the noise barrier between room left much to be desired. Breakfast was good and the pool looked nice.

You cannot check in before 4pm. A long lineup when it is 4pm for check in. wifi is terrible, could not connect. Not towels in swimming pool Lack of staff.

I liked the breakfast and pools. I didn't like the bathroom: the sink was low drain and the shower had mold stains. Also, we were in 3 people and there was only 2 sets of towels. I asked one more, I have to wait more than one hour to receive the towel. The same happened to the microwave I required.

The towel situation SUCKED - there were NEVER towels by the pool and asking for towels was like pulling teeth. The check in staff were rude. I was taken aback because we travel a lot and have interacted with hotel staff frequently and this was the rudest hotel staff ever with the exception of the cleaning staff. She was very nice. We only know this because they checked us in and gave us room keys to a room that was still being cleaned. The hotel was loud and noisy and other than the cleaning staff, the room condition and the pools, this was a definite never again.
