“Our stay at the Tamarack Resort was above and beyond anything we expected. I booked it through Hotels.com and we were blown away by the unit we stayed in - San Miguel 301, if anyone wants to know. Absolutely fabulous!! We were there during off-season so a lot of the shops and restaurants were not open, but we did have dinner at The Reserve and it was wonderful. “Price and checking in was fine. Our particular room did not have a night lock. No physical pin and rack lock, or secondary flip lock on doorhandle mechanism. At 8 in the morning, I'm laying in bed, I hear beep and someone is in my damn room. I'm sure a mistake and my comment was a bit curt and filthy. two things... need night locks and teach staff to knock and wait. ”
