Beautiful, comfortable and very very clean. Unique and historical architecture nicely adapted with modern amenities while preserving the original look of the building inside and out. Artfully decorated. Great courtyard.

We had a mishap with our pop up trailer at Ponderosa and were stranded without a place to stay. I easily booked, the staff was very kind and helpful and we had a cozy place to stay and a safe place to park with our camper for the night. Breakfast was good and standard and the pool was fun for the kids. It helped ease the blow of missing out on camping for the weekend.

Oh my gosh this place was awesome!! It was so nice and quiet, it’s an older hotel that’s been remodeled but they have done an amazing job! I feel like the bad reviews were because of other people staying there were not considerate of others but that’s no fault on the hotel. We would 110% stay here again when visiting my family. Judge for yourself, we stayed at a hotel in Boise two nights before here and it was horrible with better reviews and a lot more expensive! It was also so nice at this hotel to be in walking distance of several places to eat! The mill is amazing and growlers has awesome pizza, the bistro was also amazing! Give this hotel a try, you won’t be sorry!

The staff was friendly, the motel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, they said it opened at 6:30 am, we were leaving at 6am and found it ready so we were able to eat before we left, which made us (the kids especially) happy. We will consider staying here again.

We booked this hotel on a whim for a bike race at Brundage. Alice, at check-in was kind and gracious. The facility itself is dirty. The hallways were sticky. The carpet in our room was stained, and the minifridge didn't work. However, the bedding was clean and beds were reasonably comfortable. We understand this was peak season in McCall, and we booked somewhat last-minute, but this is not a $250.00+ / night hotel.
