Love this hotel..... newly renovated, great location, beautiful rooms, staff is exceptional. Love the bar and restaurant....a little tight and the martinis could be bigger but a class act! Highly recommend!

Check on was ok; we arrive to the hotel earlier and our room was not ready yet; they offer to store our luggage and move it to the room when ready. We got a corner room which is bigger than the one you can get on one of the halls. Cleanliness of the room was ok, we noticed some built-up on the HVAC vent. The body wash in bathroom Was either broken or empty. The rest of the amenities were as expected.

The property is very well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable.The rooms are quite cozy, so if you don't like tight spaces do not stay here. The parking ($10) is horrible, I'm glad we were in our Honda Civic and not our SUV. There are limited spaces and slots are very small. The air-conditioner was super loud not sure if ours was having issues or if it's normal for all the units. We arrived at 240 pm and we were told that we had to wait until 255 to check in or pay for a early check in which is $40, WHAT? We've never paid a early check in fee, we have paid a late check out fee which makes more sense. So we waited the 15 minutes in the car. The parking lot at this time had 3 cars, one of which was ours. All things being said, we would stay here again for a quick 1 night stay.

I will start by saying this: the location of this hotel is worth making a reservation itself! It’s walking distance to pretty much EVERYWHERE! The free parking is totally a plus as well! However, the amneties leave were subpar. It states on the website that they have an ice machine, plus free newspapers in the lobby. There are no newspapers. The guy at the front desk told me all newspapers are online now, so they no longer provide them. I had to go to a newsstand every day and pay for the paper. That was a hassle and very unfortunate as I was looking forward to getting my news free and on site. I suggest maybe taking that off of the list of amneties. Also, the ice machine didn’t work the entire 6 days we were there. Front desk staff was aware and said they were waiting for a new one. This was also a hassle, as we had brought a cooler and planned on packing it every day, so I had to walk to the store and buy a $5 bag of ice every day. I should have received a voucher or something, but staff didn’t even apologize, let alone offer us any help. Also, our tv didn’t work because of an issue with the signal. I reported it to the desk, and it took them a day and a half to fix it. They offered to move us to another room, but didn’t want the hassle so we waited. I would make sure to call and confirm the amneties are available if I decided to make a reservation here. The website is very misleading
