“The longemente was clean, but the employees were very unfriendly and although the reservation sais we had yo leave by 11 am, the housekeepers knocket at our door about 9am and said we had to leave.
When we arrive there was no one in the lodgement and we had to find a phone number to ask someone to let us in the room.
Anyway, I guess the lodgement was not fully finished.”

“This was the best hotel/resort that I've been to! It is amazing, so beautiful and clean. The staff are wonderful, happy, and very helpful and accommodating. The food was great! I loved how eco friendly the hotel is. The spa is amazing! I enjoyed most of their treatments and facilities.
There are many activities and excursions for everyone.
I am obsessed with this place and I will be back again and again!”

“Top bestemming voor wie meer wil dan alleen zon, strand en bier. Zeer ruim opgezet resort zonder hoogbouw (een golfkarretje brengt je naar je kamer) met erg veel activiteiten; van yoga tot voetbal, van wellness tot mountainbiken, van beach volley tot dansles en van watersport tot boogschieten. De fitness apparatuur en spinningbikes zijn net nieuw. Er zijn ‘s avonds professionele shows in het theater en/of bij de bar. Helena van de Teens Club heeft de vakantie van onze zoons onvergetelijk...

“Im großen und ganzen echt sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und im Durchschnitt war eigentlich immer für jeden beim Essen was dabei. Bei der Sauberkeit sollte dennoch noch etwas mehr nachgeholfen werden.”

“Tolles Hotel mit hervorragendem Service und super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit. Nicht nur unser Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich und tipptopp gereinigt, sondern auch die gesamte Anlage war jederzeit sehr gepflegt und sauber. Man merkt, dass hier jeder seine Aufgaben kennt und alles sehr gut organisiert ist.

“La habitación estaba recién renovadas, muy limpia, el personal de limpieza muy agradable, y también muy servicial el personal del desayuno buffet. No me gustó que por estética el baño no tenía cortina de baño,.siempre estaba mojado y aparte el baño no tenia ventana, lo cual hacia un clima muy húmedo en la habitación.”
