Apartamentos en Laguna

“The property is in the same building as the KL serviced residences. Therefore the location is great! Price is reasonable. We have stayed at KL serviced residences in the past . However, I did not realize that this unit is managed by KL for numerous hosts. This is referred to as “staycation” promo. The cost to rent these unit are at least 30% cheaper than those units run by the hotel. I did not like this property for few reasons. 1. There was an unpleasant smell in the unit. 2. Photos...

“👍”

“Room was very hot and musty when we arrived. The atmosphere of the living area was not as welcoming, furniture was just all mismatching. Contacting the host for check in instructions via the contact number provided by Expedia was a nightmare.”

“Generally good”

“So many coaches!”

“The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay.”

“I like the view, clean and helpful staff.”
