“The apartment looked amazing in the photos, which is why I booked it. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. The check-in process was not smooth. When I entered the room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I requested a different room, but I was told the property was fully booked, so I had no choice but to stay.
