Radisson service is great and the location is nice. We stayed on the street side with VIP service, which was a nice touch. In retrospect, I would have paid for the Lagoon view; it was worth the upgrade compared to a view of the electrical units. The water temperature would never get hot. The staff and restaurant service was 5-star.

The lake view was beautiful, and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff—especially the front desk—provided outstanding customer service, which made the experience even better. However, I do have one concern: management should ensure that employees respect guests’ privacy. This is my 3rd stay at the Radisson in 4 years. The staff are excellent. Attendant to your needs with great hospitality. The maintenance culture of the Radisson comes through. Overall, given the location, I would rate this as the best hotel in Lagos. A shout out to couple of staff - Ikotu (hope I am spelling that right) and Moji. They are just a few of the excellent staff at the Radisson.
