You have to take Ridge Rd into Lackawanna to find a Tops Market as there isn't much on Route 5 (Lake Shore Rd). All the eats are either on Ridge Rd or Route 62, aka South Park Ave.

They cannot help the neighborhood, but it was in a warehouse type location with a lingerie store next door. Strange area. Loved the Niagara Falls!
