Vacations Close To Our Lady of Victory Basilica

They didn't change our bed sheets; it was dirty. Please, before you book, or if you already booked, don’t sleep without looking at your bed sheet.

Clean room; comfortable bed/pillows; huge, nice tv/reception.

Great and helpful staff, ok breakfast, clean room slightly outdated ac unit that's a bit on the loud side.

Clean rooms, little less space but manageable

Needed to watch the world cup soccer match but the staff had no idea what tv channel it was on and were not very helpful

Our stay was horrendous.The staff was beyond rude and put us on the sixth floor knowing that the 6 floor has no air conditioning. Which gladly found out from the maintenance guy did not move us and claim that they were working on the cooling system.And that it should be done by next month. Breakfast was horrible and all together.I went out recommend this place very ghetto, and the staff were very rude. There was a tall Lady working the guest services desk at close to midnight. When we ask if she had a charger for our phones, she said they had charges for sale. She tried selling just a wire without the port and tried charging $15 for each piece sold separately. Huge ripoff! Do yourself a favor and never stay at this hotel! We also found a roach in our bed!!
