“Great location, a short walk to night market and Burnham Park. Set up is similar to an airbnb, so amenities are limited. Towels provided were clean but a bit old and worn, and you will need to bring or purchase your own toilet paper as only one is provided. Great value for your money, place is clean and sufficient for a family stay. It is not luxury stay but is clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for the location and price.”

“Location was quiet and close to the city. The room had a beautiful view of Baguio However the unit needs improvement on cleanliness. It needs deep cleaning When I opened the cabinets it stunk and had small roaches. The bathrooms are not so clean and finally it could use some de-cluttering too much furniture. I didn’t like the mattress laid on the floor in the living room. I hope I didn’t offend you with my comments. Sorry”

“When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped).
