The pool is best in the world. I have staid here many times and loves is but feel that the people by the pool the last times was not perfect, a different crowd compare to before. Not sure I will stay here more.

Very disappointing stay. The facilities are quite outdated, which is not what you’d expect from a W Hotel. The bathtub water was dirty and clearly not well maintained, making it unusable. The room lighting was also too dim, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, not worth the price and definitely not up to the W brand standard.
