We have spent a week here and to be honest its very middle of the road. The beds and pillows are horrible, the beds are so hard and the pillows are so soft. We had a mix up with our booking and after booking a superior room to begin with we changed to a deluxe the second day. Honestly the superior rooms are tiny, with only double beds (not even a queen) 1 night in this cage was enough. Breakfast each day was ok, a bit limited and very repetitive after a week. This hotel was in an unreal location it just lacked any real appeal in any aspect. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Proche métro et un parc. Propre partout. Personnel à l'écoute. Équipements complets : bouilloire, frigo, verres, tasses, coffre, sèche cheveux, savates, brosse à dents, peigne... Manque cependant 1 chaise quand on est à 2. Quartier animé surtout le soir. Bars à alcools même après minuit. Beaucoup de restaurants proches pour tous les prix. Pas essayé le restaurant et le bar de l'hôtel : les prix affichés nous ont freiné. Hôtel à conseiller dans cette gamme.

We loved the size and comfort of the room, the cleanliness, the linens, the in-room coffee/tea with "real" crockery and cutlery, fridge and safe, as well as the central location, and overall hospitality. We will definitely book at the Luxe Manor again the next time we are in Hong Kong. It's an excellent hotel and highly recommended.

Fun "Nordic" style hipster boutique hotel. Great location in Kowloon walkable to TST and Jordan, rooms high enough above street traffic to be quiet. 5 min walk to Metro. 25 min downhill walk to Austin Road MTR/West Kowloon Station.

The first room I was given smelled like smoke, even though it was on a non smoking floor. I turned right around and asked for a new room and the staff was really nice about it. The second room was not smoky but it did have a sort of musty old building smell, but it was fine for me. I feel like they could've vacuumed the carpet more. The bed was firm but comfortable and I slept well there. I personally don't like that there's no overhead light, just 3 lamps, none of which are very bright. You have to open the window curtains to brighten up the room. Overall it was fine, not exactly 5 stars in my opinion, but the room is fine and the location is great. The cleaning staff was very nice and the towels were thick and fluffy. I also liked that there was a desk and chair even for a small room, and there was a bottle filling station on every floor (and the water tasted good) and the bathroom counter had a decent amount of space for toiletries. Overall I am satisfied with my stay.
