Great place to stay at Hong Kong

Great day! The room was clean, and the sheets looked like new. It has enough space and a small desk. It is more than enough to rest and keep your belongings safe. The location is excellent; near the Tsim Sha Tsui train station, malls are everywhere, and if you feel like having an American breakfast, there is a Holiday Inn a few meters away. There are clear instructions for self-check-in. I was pleased with my stay. I will come back.

It was a little hard to find the place since it has nothing signaling where it is located. But I was able to find it on the internet upon further investigation (not before losing about 40minutes looking at the surrounding area)

Stay away!

Zero signage outside the building, impossible to know where this place is. Had to go up and down the elevators 5 times with our 50 lb suitcases to finally find this place. the elevators were also confusing, you could only go down, and there were no markings on where to go or what floor was what. we finally got there, only to find it smelled terribly like smoke, there was no air conditioning, and the hallway was basically a utility closet. there was noone there when we arrived, noone in the building knew what this place was or who we could talk to. so much for "24/7 front desk". definitely should not be listed as a hotel.

地下鉄の駅のすぐ近くにあり、コンビニも近いので、立地が良いです。また、値段の割には、部屋の中がきれいに保たれています。ゴミも毎日回収してくれます。 フロントはありませんが、チェックインの仕方はメールで教えてくれます。wifiのパスワードは、チェックインするときのメールには書かれていないので、教えてほしいとエクスペディアのメッセージ機能で伝えました。 ただ、表記はほぼ中国語で、英語の表記はほぼありませんでした。
