Overall an excellent hotel! Very well presented throughout, including the lobby, pool area and outdoor terrace bar. Our room was well equipped and came with a fantastic view of Victoria Harbour. Breakfast lacked choice for my liking and could be improved, but overall would recommend and stay here again.

Liked: Hotel and room cleanliness. Friendly and courteous staff . Location was amazing in the Kowloon area facing the harbor with close proximity to metro stations , ferry station, walk ways .. etc . Areas need attention: The room’s sound proof system could have been much better for a 5 star hotel. We could hear next door people talking or talking or watching TV very clearly from our room . Apart from the above, it’s an excellent hotel .

We had a wonderful stay at Kerry Hotel. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful during our stay. Our only negative was the smell of smoking in the hallways but the rooms were clean and smoke free. We would stay here again in future visits.

The whole hotel was immaculate. Pool and health club area was excellent, room was very clean and we may have been upgraded as I originally booked a city view and we received a harbour view. Dockyard bar/restaurant area is a great addition as well. Would wholly recommend this hotel!
